Ceremonies are held in our magical garden, amongst terraces of vegetables, herbs, fruits, flowers and the San Pedro terrace.  The garden has been created with areas where participants can gather together or have time alone, surrounded by stunning views of the local mountains and the surrounding valley. The ceremony is highly personal; essentially an introspective, contemplative, meditative experience.

Our intention for holding ceremonies is to create a space of healing, personal reflection and conscious awareness, where each person feels safe, comfortable and has the opportunity to experience this heart centered medicine, and their own consciousness, in a new and profound way.

On the day of the ceremony we gather at 8:30 am and share tea and an introductory discussion before beginning the ceremony at 9:00 am.  The experience lasts about 10 – 14 hours. In the early evening, after a light meal, there is the opportunity to sit around the fire pit and share a gentle closing space together. The ceremony ends at about 8:00 pm.

There is the option of heading back to town for the night after the ceremony or staying overnight at Hummingbird Retreat.  A limited number of private bedrooms are available at extra cost.

The morning after the ceremony Paul and Suzanne are available to support participant’s integration process.

Ceremony Day:              Please arrive at 8:30am. We will have some tea and and introductory discussion, address any questions, and begin the ceremony around 9:00 am.

What to bring:                Water, snacks, layered clothing (it can get very warm and very cold), sun protection; hat, glasses, sun block, flashlight
